Micromobility service launches November 1, 2026
E-bike & scooter repair — certified service comes to you
As of November 1, 2026, Campus Quick Fix's founder and lead technician, John D. Lewis, is a Micromobility Connect certified e-bike technician — bringing certified diagnostic and repair service directly to your campus or location.
We service
- E-bikes: motors, controllers, throttles, brake cut-offs, displays, wiring, connectors, and power-failure diagnosis
- E-scooters
- Senior mobility scooters
E-bike & scooter diagnostic fee
$150
Due in advance of service and does not apply toward the cost of any repair.
Inspection required before service
Every e-bike and scooter receives a safety inspection before any work is performed. Based on the inspection, certain restrictions may apply before service can be rendered — for example, devices with damaged, swollen, leaking, or overheating batteries, or with uncertified, rebuilt, or modified battery systems, may be declined for safety reasons.
On-site, open-air service
All repair work is performed on-site, outdoors in open air, using manufacturer-approved diagnostic methods and lithium-battery safety procedures, including fire-containment equipment for suspect batteries.
Repairs are backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty on parts and workmanship. Batteries, battery packs, chargers, and battery-management systems are excluded from warranty coverage. Service may be declined or restricted based on the pre-service inspection.
